Absolutely. Coastal Coaching is designed for beginners. You don’t need any fishing experience — Ollie will start with the basics and help you learn as you go.
Not necessarily. Let us know what gear you already have when you enquire and we’ll work out what you’ll need for your lesson.
Yes. The Family Fishing lesson is designed for families who want to learn and fish together.
Lessons take place at suitable fishing locations around the Central Coast. The exact spot will depend on the type of lesson, weather and fishing conditions.
Wear comfortable clothes and suitable shoes, and bring sun protection and drinking water. We’ll let you know if there’s anything else you need before your lesson.
Good fishing depends on the conditions — and safety comes first. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll organise another time or location.
No guarantees — that’s fishing! 🎣 Ollie will teach you the skills that can help you find and catch fish, but sometimes the fish have other ideas.
